Found and photographed this small phyllo in the hotel's garden in Safaga. Short size, short tail, rounded wing with appropriate wing formula, absence of yellow in plumage and dark bill and legs all point to neglectus, as well as creazy behaviour and anoying call (recalling sparrow or eastern bonelli's). A potential first for Egypt, pending acceptance by the newly formed Egyptian Ornithological Rarities Committee.
