The sparrows in Corsica are Italian, though in the south some birds are clearly showing some signs of Spanish influence, and globally match the Spanish Sparrows as they occur in Tunisia.
This male was photographed at Bonifacio, and a similar-looking male was seen at Porto Vecchio.
